This center, as Ulsan’s first cultural experience complex exclusively for children, opened on March 29, 2022, with the aim of fostering children’s imagination and creativity, and to give citizens more opportunities to enjoy culture by providing exhibitions and experiences catered to children.
It mainly targets infants and children in the lower grades of elementary school. On the 1st and 2nd floors, there is a “Historical & Cultural Museum” that shares knowledge on the history of Jung-gu, Ulsan, while on the 3rd floor, there is a “Science Museum” to stimulate children’s scientific curiosities and develop their imagination and creativity.
The center consists of the following facilities: a Historical & Cultural Museum that provides content on the history of Jung-gu, Ulsan, and the values shared in the local community; a Science Museum where you can experience historical and cultural resources in connection with science; an experience center where children can learn about local history and culture through play; and a video room, along with other amenities, etc.
This play-based experience center connects local history and stories related to culture with various aspects from science and technology, doing its best to form a distinguished cultural experience complex that allows easy access to anyone.
